Status

 Hull completed. Interior oiled. Thwart risers, floor timbers, and inwales installed. First coat of primer applied!

Details

Originally built by Abeking & Rasmussen of Bremen, Germany, 1953, this car-toppable double-ended tender has a round-bottom and re-curved stern post. Constructed in lapstrake cedar over steam-bent white oak frames, white oak backbone, and finished with white oak, this nearly eleven foot long, four foot wide tender will carry up to three people, with either one or two of them rowing.
